United StatesSo excited to receive this and used it as soon as UPS dropped it off for a Christmas party. The ice stayed frozen and it looked nice having the drinks displayed on the counter. United StatesIt's Fine But Not Fantastic
The cooler is attractive. It does not leak, unlike the tub I was using before. It's easy for guests to see what they want and grab it. And it seems durable. However, the cooler did not keep beverages cold for as long as I expected based on info and reviews on the website, and the price charged. I started with cold beverages and filled the cooler with ice around 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving. It stayed on a counter in my house, where the thermostat is set to 72 degrees. All the ice had melted by 6 p.m., leaving the beverages in cool, but not particularly cold, water. The cooler will serve its purpose, but for the price I expected it to be super-duper fantastic instead of just fine.

Hi Jennifer, Sorry about your disappointing experience. Glad you started with loading cold beverages. Was the ice filled to the top of the cooler? We have seen many images of coolers with less than full ice. The difference in ice longevity between half filled with ice and fully filled can be monumental. If you did not completely fill with ice, please do that in your next use and I think you will have a very different result and enjoy the 'no condensation and easy inviting access' that you mentioned. I love the look. It’s convenient and does the jobs but it was slightly damaged after the first use. I wish the outside especially the corners were made of more durable material.

Hi Lien, Our roto-molded plastic is very durable. We are assuming that you may have gotten scuff marks on the polished finish. Whatever would cause scuffs, would likely have the same affect on any stainless or other surfaces. It definitely will never affect the cooler's function. Cheers!

Hi! So I originally ordered the party barge and dubler chiller boards, thinking I could somehow fit them into the frames of the party barge. Then I was contacted letting me know they would not work for the party barge and my order was canceled. So I decided to MacGyver it! My plan when purchasing the party barge was to have a large Charcuterie sample board for a Christmas farmers market. With the help of my dad, we bought some cutting boards, cut them down, sanded the corners, and added water proof shelving slats to the inside of the barge. Added ice, and placed the boards on top of the slats in the barge. Bam! We made a long Charcuterie barge. I ended up using the compartmHi!
